Had the most wonderful experience with Lipman's - extremely grateful to the staff that helped me get a gift card purchased for a friend. The customer service was amazing - highly recommend!

Ordered a hot corned beef on rye which was fair, pickles were covered in slimy white something that made them taste horrid. Chicken liver was swimming in broth - not smooth or tasty at all. Every item was thrown out and I wasted $33. I am from Long Island and grew up with AMAZING Jewish deli’s. I had hoped I found one here in Rochester after Fox’s changed ownership (now totally sub-par as well. Sad! Jewish delis are usually fantastic - what a shame. 😢

Shout out to Lipman's, especially Ronen and Hannah, for the BEST customer service, ever! I'm not from Rochester but wanted to help get dinner to my family member (also not from Rochester) who was in the area for a stressful business matter and literally had no time to pack food for his trip. The Lipman's team was a bright spot in that visit. Ronen actually personally delivered the entire order to my family member (meaning, he delivered a second order!), as the initial delivery's vendor seemed to be taking a long time. My family member was well fed indeed, and more, felt very well cared for. Mi K'amcha Yisroel!

Wow. I have lived in Rochester over 40 years and have never seen a store as well stocked for Passover as Lipman's. I have no words to describe my elation. And no fabric trips put off town to buy holiday basics. Hats off to Anna, Naf and the entire Lipman's team.

What do you do when you live in Rochester and decide that you want a delicious prepared dinner with your wife and don't want to cook? You call Lipman’s, of course! Their food is always fresh, delicious, and priced fairly. Naf, Anna, and team are crushing it.
